Training platform consists of two main parts the main platform and the control and detection panel. Based on a fully functional diesel common rail electronic control system engine, this platform meets the educational needs for studying diesel engine structure, working principles, fault setting, and diagnosis.

● The engine runs normally, equipped with all necessary auxiliary control systems and functional components (sensors, actuators).

● Suitable for conducting various engine condition experiments, including cold idle, hot idle, slow acceleration, slow deceleration, normal acceleration, normal deceleration, rapid acceleration, and rapid deceleration.

Real-Time Display Function

● Equipped with a combination instrument, digital voltmeter, and high-brightness LED lights to display the operating frequency of the fuel injector in real time.

● Provides real-time information about engine status.

Robust Construction

● The movable platform is made of galvanized profiles, ensuring strong resistance to oil, scratches, and corrosion.

● Surrounding packaging ensures durability and an elegant appearance.

Interactive Learning Panel

● The front-tilted control and testing platform features a complete color circuit diagram for visual comparison between the panel and the actual engine system.

● External testing terminals with 4mm small holes allow direct detection of electrical signals such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency.

● Students can visually compare the circuit diagram with physical components to understand and analyze system operation principles.

Diagnostic Connector

● The platform is equipped with a diagnostic connector for connection to special or universal automotive decoders.

● Includes a throttle control device for simulating real driving conditions.

Precautions for Use

During operation, the engine pulley and large flywheel rotate at high speeds; the exhaust pipe, radiator, and engine itself can generate high temperatures. Avoid physical contact to prevent burns and mechanical injuries.

Before operating the equipment, check the battery voltage, oil level, fuel level, coolant level, and ensure there is no abnormal noise during motor startup.
