Training platform consists of two main parts the main platform and the control and detection panel. Based on a fully functional diesel common rail electronic control system engine, this platform meets the educational needs for studying diesel engine structure, working principles, fault setting, and diagnosis.

● Suitable for conducting various engine condition experiments, including cold idle, hot idle, slow acceleration, slow deceleration, normal acceleration, normal deceleration, rapid acceleration, and rapid deceleration.
● Equipped with a combination instrument, digital voltmeter, and high-brightness LED lights to display the operating frequency of the fuel injector in real time.

During operation, the engine pulley and large flywheel rotate at high speeds; the exhaust pipe, radiator, and engine itself can generate high temperatures. Avoid physical contact to prevent burns and mechanical injuries.
Before operating the equipment, check the battery voltage, oil level, fuel level, coolant level, and ensure there is no abnormal noise during motor startup.
