You waive defences based on the electronicform of these Legal Terms and the absence of physical signatures.

The information provided when using theServices is not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where it would be contrary to law or require additional registration. Users accessing the Services from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We own or license all intellectual property rights in the Services, including source code, databases, functionality, software, website design, audio, video, text, photos, graphics, and trademarks.You may not exploit any part of the Services without written permission.

Prohibited actions include unauthorized useof the Services, collecting usernames for unsolicited emails, automated accountcreation, uploading malware or spam, interfering with the Services, using botsor scrapers, deleting copyright notices, unauthorized framing, impersonation, transmitting spyware, launching unauthorized scripts, or overloading networks.

These Legal Terms are governed by the lawsof Poland. EU consumers retain rights under their national laws. Both partiesagree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Poland or the consumer’sEU country.

Informal negotiations must be attempted forat least 30 days before arbitration or litigation.
