Working Principle

Both human bodies and other objects continuously emit infrared radiation into their surroundings, with higher-temperature objects emitting more infrared radiation. This sensor is equipped with an infrared radiation receiver, which undergoes temperature changes upon receiving infrared radiation, thereby generating an amplified electrical signal that is transmitted to the data acquisition unit.

Range: 0–80 °C

Resolution: 0.08 °C

  1. Equipped with a 1.8-inch color LCD screen.
  2. Configured with five functional buttons for a simple and user-friendly interface.
  3. Supports high-speed USB data transfer for rapid communication with data acquisition units.
  4. Enables wireless communication with experimental terminals.
  5. Features a built-in high-capacity removable battery.
  6. Includes a snap-on sensor interface, compatible with standard sensors for combined experiments.
  7. Provides mounting holes for securing onto iron stands for integration with traditional equipment.

Usage Tips

  1. Simply position the sensor close to the object being measured.
  2. Do not immerse the sensor probe directly into liquids, as it is designed for measuring surface radiant temperatures.
  3. During experiments, set the frequency to below 2 Hz per second for optimal performance.
