Training simulator is designed for practical and laboratory work to study the design, operating principles, and modes of manual transmissions.
● Original manual transmission
● Reducer
● Gear shift lever
● AC motor (single-phase geared motor)
● Mobile stand
● Voltage 220V
● Motor Type Single-phase geared motor
Training simulator provides students with an opportunity to develop initial skills in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive gearboxes.
The simulator consists of a 5-speed manual transmission assembly, where key components are dissected and presented in an open manner. The dissected sections are finely colored, and spotlights are configured to make internal structures (input/output shafts, gears, etc.) clearly visible. This experimental platform enables students to realistically understand the composition of the transmission mechanical system, the appearance of each component, and the connection relationships between mechanisms, deepening their knowledge of the gearbox's structure and working principles.
● The manual transmission operates normally, allowing students to study its functionality under real-world conditions.
● The gearbox can be fully disassembled to demonstrate both internal and external structures of the mechanical parts, providing hands-on experience in understanding its design.
● Mechanical parts of the gearbox are painted in different colors for better visualization and identification of individual components.
● An AC motor drives the input shaft of the gearbox, demonstrating the power transmission process under different gears. This feature allows students to observe how torque is transferred through the transmission system.
● The simulator includes a gear shift lever for practicing gear changes, enhancing practical skills in operating the transmission.
