Training simulator provides students with an opportunity to develop initial skills in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing automotive gearboxes.

The simulator consists of a 5-speed manual transmission assembly, where key components are dissected and presented in an open manner. The dissected sections are finely colored, and spotlights are configured to make internal structures (input/output shafts, gears, etc.) clearly visible. This experimental platform enables students to realistically understand the composition of the transmission mechanical system, the appearance of each component, and the connection relationships between mechanisms, deepening their knowledge of the gearbox's structure and working principles.

Functional Features

Normal Operation of the Transmission

● The manual transmission operates normally, allowing students to study its functionality under real-world conditions.

Disassembly Capability

● The gearbox can be fully disassembled to demonstrate both internal and external structures of the mechanical parts, providing hands-on experience in understanding its design.

Color-Coded Components

● Mechanical parts of the gearbox are painted in different colors for better visualization and identification of individual components.

Power Transmission Demonstration

● An AC motor drives the input shaft of the gearbox, demonstrating the power transmission process under different gears. This feature allows students to observe how torque is transferred through the transmission system.

Interactive Learning

● The simulator includes a gear shift lever for practicing gear changes, enhancing practical skills in operating the transmission.

List of Works Performed

Study of Gearbox Design Gain detailed knowledge of the design and components of manual gearboxes.

Operating Principles Understand the principles of operation and modes of manual transmissions.

Disassembly Practice Disassemble and reassemble the gearbox to study its internal and external structures.

Power Transmission Observation Observe the power transmission process under different gears, enhancing comprehension of mechanical systems.

Gear Shift Mechanism Practice using the gear shift lever to gain practical experience in operating the transmission.

Maintenance and Repair Skills Develop initial skills in diagnosing faults, performing routine maintenance, and conducting repairs on automotive gearboxes.

Educational Benefits

Visual Demonstration The color-coded components and spotlight illumination provide a clear visual representation of the gearbox's internal structure and operation.

Interactive Learning Enables students to interact directly with real-world components, fostering a deeper understanding of mechanical systems.

Comprehensive Coverage Combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, making it an ideal tool for teaching and training in automotive engineering.

What our clients are saying about us.

Working with UNOWA was a turning point for our university. Their expert-led training in ABA, ADOS-2 and MIKKO reshaped how we think, teach, and prepare inclusive educators. The model inclusion classroom they equipped has become a living lab, a space where theory becomes hands-on skill. This partnership didn’t just support a project. It laid the foundation for a more humane, modern and inclusive education system in Kazakhstan.
