The stand is a panel that displays a structural diagram of a generator set that can be switched using jumpers. The measurement system includes pointer devices for measuring

● Currents of the battery

● Generator currents

● Load currents

● Excitation current of the generator

● Frequency of rotation of the generator

The excitation current of the generator can be supplied either from the standard voltage regulator of the generator or from an additional regulator of the excitation current. The load of the generator set is adjustable within 0–360 W.

Main Features

Realistic Charging System A functional and operable charging system that fully demonstrates the structure of a car charging system.

Operational Demonstration Turning on the ignition switch triggers the three-phase motor, driving the generator to work. The charging indicator light goes out, and the battery terminal voltage increases, effectively demonstrating the charging process. Charging current and battery voltage values can be observed through the ammeter and voltmeter on the panel.

High-Quality Panel The teaching board panel is made of high-grade aluminum-plastic plate resistant to impact, pollution, fire, and moisture. The surface is specially treated with primer spraying, and the panel features a color circuit diagram that never fades. Students can intuitively compare the circuit diagram with the actual components to understand and analyze the working principle of the car charging system.

Generator Components Display The decomposed components of the generator are installed on the teaching board panel, allowing intuitive understanding of the generator’s structure.

Detection Terminals The panel is equipped with detection terminals to directly detect electrical signals of various circuit components on the panel, such as resistance, voltage, current, and frequency signals.

Robust Construction The panel adopts a 1.5 mm cold plate stamping structure with an attractive appearance. The chassis is welded from steel structures, the surface is sprayed, and it is equipped with self-locking casters. The base includes a desktop of about 40 cm, convenient for placing materials and light detection instruments.

What our clients are saying about us.

Working with UNOWA was a turning point for our university. Their expert-led training in ABA, ADOS-2 and MIKKO reshaped how we think, teach, and prepare inclusive educators. The model inclusion classroom they equipped has become a living lab, a space where theory becomes hands-on skill. This partnership didn’t just support a project. It laid the foundation for a more humane, modern and inclusive education system in Kazakhstan.
