This system is ideally suited for schools and training centers that focus on teaching the principles of automotive lighting and signaling systems, including their operation, troubleshooting, and diagnostic techniques.

Main Features

● Real Components Utilizes genuine elements of the vehicle lighting and light signaling system, including headlights, taillights, dashboard lights, and switches.

● Interactive Learning Provides terminals for conducting direct electrical measurements (resistance, voltage, current, frequency) in the circuits of the vehicle under study.

● Fault Introduction and Diagnosis Allows instructors to introduce 15 faults into the system, enabling students to practice diagnosing and resolving issues using professional diagnostic equipment.

● Robust Design The teaching board panel is made of durable aluminum-plastic material, resistant to impact, pollution, fire, and moisture, with a specially treated surface for long-lasting use.

● Safe Operation Operates on a standard 220V AC power supply, which is converted into a stable 12V DC power supply via internal circuit transformation, eliminating the need for a battery.

Functional Characteristics

Realistic Demonstration Activating the light switch simulates the actual working process of the automotive exterior lighting system, including headlights, taillights, emergency alarms, and rear fog lights.

Circuit Analysis The panel features a non-fading color-coded circuit diagram, allowing students to visually compare the schematic with real components and analyze the working principles of the lighting system.

Detection Terminals Equipped with detection terminals for direct measurement of electrical signals from various circuit components.

Anti-Short Circuit Protection The 12V DC power supply includes anti-short circuit functionality, ensuring safe and reliable operation.

Stand Capabilities

● Conducts direct electrical measurements in the circuits of the vehicle under study.

● Introduces faults with their subsequent diagnosis using any known diagnostic equipment for the systems under study.

● Enters at least 15 faults for hands-on troubleshooting practice.

List of Works Performed

The stand enables the execution of the following tasks

Headlights Study of structure, operating principle, and troubleshooting.

Sound Signal (Horn) Study of structure, operating principle, and troubleshooting.

Taillights Study of structure, operating principle, and troubleshooting.

Turn Signals Study of structure, operating principle, and troubleshooting.

Alarm System Study of structure, operating principle, and troubleshooting.

Power Supply Understanding the power supply for the car's lighting and alarm system.

System Operation Practical exercises in the operation of vehicle lighting and alarm systems.

Control and Measurement Systems Hands-on experience with control and measurement instruments (voltmeter, ammeter).

Educational Benefits

● Hands-On Experience Students can physically interact with real automotive components, enhancing their comprehension of complex lighting and signaling systems.

● Troubleshooting Skills The ability to introduce and diagnose faults provides practical experience in problem-solving and diagnostic techniques.

● Intuitive Interface The color-coded layout and detection terminals offer an intuitive learning experience.

● Comprehensive Coverage Covers all essential aspects of automotive lighting and signaling systems, making it an ideal tool for both theoretical and practical training.

What our clients are saying about us.

Working with UNOWA was a turning point for our university. Their expert-led training in ABA, ADOS-2 and MIKKO reshaped how we think, teach, and prepare inclusive educators. The model inclusion classroom they equipped has become a living lab, a space where theory becomes hands-on skill. This partnership didn’t just support a project. It laid the foundation for a more humane, modern and inclusive education system in Kazakhstan.
