This experimental setup can be used to investigate and compare different heat exchanger designs.
Power supply parameters: single-phase AC230V, 60Hz
Power consumption: 120W
Maximum flow: 600L/h
Maximum head: 30m
Power output: 3kW
Thermostat: 0…70°C
Hot water tank: about 10L
Temperature: 6x 0…100°C
Flow: 2x 20…250L/h
Heat exchangers transfer thermal energy from one medium flow to another. The two fluids are not in direct contact. Efficient heat transfer is a prerequisite for economical processes. Therefore, different types of heat exchangers are used in practice depending on the requirements.
The heat exchanger to be investigated is connected to a supply unit. Hot water flows through the heat exchanger. Part of the thermal energy of the hot water is transferred to the cold water. Reversing the water connection changes the flow direction, allowing parallel or countercurrent operation.
Safer. The product fully considers the user's safety at the beginning of the design, and adopts an excellent electrical layout and grounding reliability solution.
Easier to use. The product adopts a modular design. Both the electrical structure and the mechanical structure use modular design. The structure and principle are clear and can be more convenient for users to use.
More beautiful. The product adopts an integrated design. The equipment is small and beautiful, and still has very rich functions. Due to the integrated design, the equipment has extremely low environmental requirements.
More durable. The product uses more solid and corrosion-resistant materials, which can greatly extend the service life of the equipment.
