The training platform is composed of the original hydraulic power steering assembly, front axle assembly, steering column assembly, shock absorber, steering wheel, tire, and a movable test bench.

Additionally, the stand includes a separate hydrostation module equipped with advanced devices for simulating and testing the power steering system under various conditions.

Functional Characteristics

Principle Illustration. The steering transmission principle and hydraulic steering power assistance principle are clearly depicted on the panel of the training platform, aiding students in understanding the working principles of the hydraulic power steering system.

Robust Design. The movable test bench is constructed using galvanized profiles, ensuring oil resistance, scratch resistance, and corrosion resistance.

Hydrostation Module. As a separate module, the hydrostation provides an in-depth understanding of the power steering system by enabling simulations of resistance to turning the steered wheels.

Main Devices Installed on the Stand and Hydrostation

● Three-phase Asynchronous Electric Motor Drives the gear pump for hydraulic fluid circulation.

● Gear Pump Provides pressurized hydraulic fluid for the power steering system.

● Pressure Filter Ensures clean hydraulic fluid, preventing contamination of the system.

● Hydraulic Pressure Valves (Two) Regulate hydraulic pressure within the system.

● Adjustable Throttle Allows adjustment of flow rate for simulating different operating conditions.

● Hydraulic Cylinders (Two) Actuate the steering mechanism based on input from the hydraulic distributor.

● Steering Mechanism with Hydraulic Distributor Controls the distribution of hydraulic fluid for precise steering assistance.
