Kit Contents:

Manipulator and Control
  • Robotic arm manipulator, 4 degrees of freedom (axes), maximum payload 250 g, maximum reach 340 mm, positioning repeatability ±0.2 mm, weight 2.4 kg; axis rotation ranges — base −135 to +135°, rear link −5 to +80°, forearm −10 to +85°, tool joint −135 to +135°; input power 12 V DC, maximum power consumption 60 W, operating temperature −5 to +45 °C — 1 pc
  • Switching unit (external controller), 32-bit microcontroller with a 168 MHz clock frequency; two 12 V / 3 A power connectors, two 10-pin multifunctional communication connectors, six input-output lines, two stepper motor interfaces; communication with external devices via USB virtual serial port, serial port and short-range wireless channel — 1 pc
  • Power supply unit with mains cable, input 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz; output 12 V DC, current 5 A — 1 pc
  • Cables for connection to a personal computer and to expansion modules — 1 set
End Effectors
  • Pneumatic gripper (soft), driven by a positive and negative pressure air pump, maximum jaw opening and closing distance 50 mm — 1 pc
  • Vacuum suction cup, built-in vacuum air pump, suction cup diameter 20 mm — 1 pc
  • Interchangeable tool — holder for a pen or marker, 8 to 12 mm in diameter — 1 pc
Machine Vision
  • Machine vision camera, 1/4-inch sensor, 1 MP resolution, video stream 1280 × 720 at 30 frames per second, frame formats 240 × 320, 640 × 480 and 1280 × 720, image formats YUV and MJPG; distortion-free lens; built-in microphone for audio input; camera rotation angle 0 to 135°; USB 2.0 connection, 5 V DC power; operating temperature 0 to +50 °C; overall dimensions 50 × 44 × 25 mm — 1 pc
Software and Documentation
  • Software with a Ukrainian-language interface: real-time manipulator control and process visualisation on a personal computer or tablet; block (graphical) programming for beginners and text programming in Python for advanced study; a virtual motion-simulation laboratory in which manipulator movements are programmed and rehearsed on a virtual scene with a robot model; artificial intelligence algorithms for machine vision tasks — recognition of objects, colours and gestures, with subsequent control of manipulator motion based on the recognition result — 1 set
  • Operating manual — 1 set
Safety and Operation Features
  • Overload protection and collision detection: motion stops when force on the drives is excessive or when a link meets an obstacle; after the stop the cause is removed, the manipulator is returned to its home position and calibration is repeated
  • Tool change: the end effector — pneumatic gripper, vacuum suction cup or pen/marker holder — is replaced by hand, with no special equipment, on a de-energised product
  • Expansion: additional modules connect to the switching unit — sensors and machine vision systems through the 10-pin multifunctional communication connectors and input-output lines, external drives through the stepper motor interfaces

What our clients are saying about us.

Working with UNOWA was a turning point for our university. Their expert-led training in ABA, ADOS-2 and MIKKO reshaped how we think, teach, and prepare inclusive educators. The model inclusion classroom they equipped has become a living lab, a space where theory becomes hands-on skill. This partnership didn’t just support a project. It laid the foundation for a more humane, modern and inclusive education system in Kazakhstan.
